  • for all questions relating to choosing a degree programme
  • for information for prospective students, pupils and first-year students
  • for personal counselling in the context of lectures, school events and education fairs
• We are your contacts in the area of Administration of Exams, Teaching and Studies

  • for the professional development of personal and digital student and teaching services
  • for the administrative qualification of our colleagues in the StudyServiceCentres and StudyServiceUnits in cooperation with the Office of the Studienpräses, among others
  • for analysing data and deriving measures to improve studyability in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments at the University of Vienna
• Our core tasks also include the close co-operation

  • with the Curriculum Committee, the Office of the Studienpräses and the Curricular Working Groups of the University of Vienna to ensure studyable curricula.
  • with the Digital Service Hub for Studies and Teaching for the effective digital design of IT services for students and lecturers.
  • with the University Colleges of Teacher Education in the North-East Schools’ Group in the area of teacher training programmes.
  • with the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research and the BRZ for the exchange of data and information on teaching and examination administration.
